Engineering & Design Services
Applied Conveyor Technology, Inc., has two full-time engineers on staff that spend a majority of their time dedicated to dust control equipment projects. Our Chief Engineer has more than 30 years of experience and oversees the estimation and design of new projects, as well as new product design, research and development. The ACT Group’s drafting capabilities are completed via electronic drawing compilation, specifically with AutoCAD. If need be, we also have the ability to create 3D design, as well as provide structural or civil calculations. Our projects and engineering staff is also available to assist with the permitting processes and interaction with local air quality districts as needed for dust suppression equipment projects.
Applied Conveyor Technology, Inc.’s 10,000-square foot warehouse in Fontana, CA, has the capability and fabrication equipment to construct nearly any dust control equipment system or project. Our state-of-the-art Hypetherm Hi-Definition plasma table, band saws, ironworker punches, and MIG and TIG welding machines allow us to provide competitively priced and high-quality, custom fabrication services. All of our dust suppression equipment components are fabricated in-house, allowing us to have maximum control of all of our quality assurance initiatives.
Field Installation & Service
Applied Conveyor Technology’s trained and experienced staff of field technicians is available for new project installations, routine service inspections, maintenance contract work, and 24-hour emergency dust control equipment services. Our field team consists of working supervisors, millwrights/welders, mechanics, and mechanic’s assistants. Dispatched from Northern and Southern California, ACT field crews perform work in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
